Practice management software and PROMIS database

- The PROMIS practice management software has been developed to operate in a local network under Windows operating systems. The total number of computers or PROMIS devices is unlimited.
This way, for example, the practitioner can see the measurement results on his screen, apply a therapy from his computer, while the receptionist creates a new patient.
The practice management program consists of various modules that are activated according to the equipment installed .

- The main menu gives access to the clinical records management, measurements, therapies, knowledge database and utilities.
|
- The appointment scheduling module can handle up to 10 different schedules with different appointment slots, p.e. the doctor's schedule can have one hour slots, while the acupunture treatment room has half hour slots, and so on, up to 10 different schedules.

- The PROMIS knowledgebase module provides the user with a database that is under continuous development, where they can query various therapy methods for given pathologies.

- Dietetics y nutrition

- The knowledge database permits the incoporation of new methods and documents. Thus any information can be memorized and assigned pathologies, so that it will appear on the next query, along with the already stored information.
- The module of medical records and everyday's practice has submodules to store treaments, evolution, semiology, reports, etc. Automated output of prescriptions and reports. Contains vademecums of the most important laboratories, and the user can memorize additional products.
- A very important factor in functional medicine is the relation of dental focuses with organs, endocrine glands, joints, etc.

- The program stores all the relations according to the doctors Voll and Krämer. The user enters the patient's situation and the system shows them the existing relations.
The patient's record has an automatic control of alarms, medicines to consider, and allergies.

- The measurement module offers graphics and screens with comparisons for all the methods used by the PROMIS device. All those graphics and the related texts can be printed directly to the printer or the user can generate a WORD file which they can process later or complete it with clinical test results, dietetic recommendations, etc.

- The GDT interface of the QMS ("Qualitätsring Medizinische Software") is a built-in part of the program. This standard allows to connect to the program any medical device which uses this interface (electrocardiogram, spirometer, etc.). The data obtained from these devices will be memorized in the patient's record, without the necessity to store any additional documents.
